Celebrate the season with Glorious Organics Celebration Salad Mix, a blend of the following main ingredients as they vary throughout the season: ***

  • NO lettuce
  • Wild Greens: chickweed, ox-eye daisy, lambs quarters, shepherd’s purse, purslane, dandelion, claytonia
  • Herbs: anise hyssop, chervil, bronze fennel, Italian parsley, lemon balm, nasturtium leaves, dill, sorrels, methi
  • Cultivated Greens: bull’s blood beet tops, ruby, gold and magenta chard, various kales, mizuna, purple orach, New Zealand spinach, arugula, shingiku, fava tips, pea tips, tatsoi, mache, magenta spreen
