New and noteworthy
Baby carrots and baby beets from Friesen Farm are sweet and summery. Ease into August with peaches, peaches, peaches from Cawston.
From the Valley
The gorgeous weather has been doing our Valley growers some big favours. From Friesen Farm in Aldergrove, enjoy tatsoi, kale, arugula, mustard, spinach, green and red dandelion, braising mix, and Valley Mix. From Olera Farms in Abbotsford, savour arugula, baby spinach, braising mix, and that fabulous raab-like broccoli. From Glen Valley in Mt. Lehman, scoop up gorgeous fennel, green leaf and romaine head lettuces, green onions, rainbow chard, and bunch spinach. To complete the list, Meyers Farm in Delta offers up lovely french breakfast radishes, red leaf lettuce, and italian parsley.

We’ve extended the sweet deal on radishes one more week! To welcome our new grower, Back to Earth Farms, to the fold, we’re offering their beautiful red radishes at a buck a bunch.

Super sweet blueberries from Mander Brothers Farm, Olera Farms’ stunning raspberries, perfectly plump Rainier and Lambert cherries and those gorgeous Cawston peaches. Say it again: mmmmmmmm…
Glorious, glorious, glorious
Glorious Organics never fails to deliver. Celebration Salad (with or without flower petals), seasonal salad, braising mix, fava tips, pea tips, sorrel, baby leeks, baby fennel, mixed baby beets, and fava beans are all stunning. Don’t miss their fabulous uncured, fresh garlic (yum!). Herbs are plentiful with mixed dessert or savoury garnish, lavender tips, mixed mint, oregano, rosemary, sage flowers, savory, sweet cicely, spearmint, flowering thyme and woodland sorrel. Flowers look fabulous with bachelor buttons and nasturtiums, mixed edible flowers and flower petal mixes.
